Action Name: Create Contact

1. Contact First Name

  • Input required: Provide the contact's first name.

2. Contact Last Name

  • Input required: Provide the contact's last name.

3. Contact E-Mail

  • Input required: Provide the contact's email address.

4. Contact Phone

  • Input required: Provide the contact's phone number.

Action Name: Search Contact By Email

1. Contact E-Mail

  • Input required: Provide the email address of the contact you wish to search for

Action Name: Update Contact

1. Contact ID

  • Input required: Provide the contact ID of the record you want to update.

NB: Obtain the Contact ID by using the Search for Contact by Name.

2. Contact First Name

  • Input required: Enter the contact's first name.

3. Contact Last Name

  • Input required: Provide the updated last name of the contact.

4. Contact E-Mail

  • Input required: Provide the updated email address of the contact.

5. Contact Phone

  • Input required: Provide the contact's phone number.

Action Name: Delete Contact

1. Contact ID

  • Input required: Provide the contact ID to delete.

NB: Get the Contact ID by using the action Search Contact By Name.

Action Name: Create Group

1. Group Name

  • Input required: Enter the name of the group you wish to create.

Action Name: Search Group By Name

1. Group Name

  • Input required: Enter the name of the group you want to search for.

Action Name: Update Group

2. Group Name

  • Input required: Enter the new name for the group.

Action Name: Delete Group

1. Group ID

  • Input required: Enter the unique identifier of the group you want to delete.

NB: Get the group ID by using the action Search for Group by Name.

Action Name: Add Group Member

1. Group ID

  • Input required: Provide the group ID.

NB: Get the group ID by using the action Search for Group by Name.

2. Contact First Name

  • Input required: Enter the contact's first name.

3. Contact Last Name

  • Input required: Enter the contacts Last name

4. Contact E-Mail

  • Input required: Provide the contact's email address.

5. Contact Phone

  • Input required:  Provide the contact's Phone number.

Action Name: Remove Group Member

1. Group ID

  • Input required: Enter the unique identifier of the group you want to remove the member from.

NB: Get the group ID by using the action Search for Group by Name.

2. Member ID

  • Input required: Provide the unique identifier of the member you want to remove from the group.

NB: Get the Member ID by using the action Search Member By Name.
