Action Name: Create Opportunity

1. Name

  • Input Required: Enter the name of the opportunity .

2.Amount

  • Input Required: Enter the monetary amount associated with the opportunity.

3.Closed Date

  • Input Required: Select the expected closing date for the opportunity.

4. Owner

  • Input Required: Enter the ID of the owner responsible for the opportunity.

N.B. Get the Owner ID by using the action “Search Contacts”.

5. Opportunity Stage

  • Input Required: Enter the ID for the current stage of the opportunity.

N.B. Get the Opportunity Stage ID by using the action “Search Opportunity Stage By Name”

6. Account

  • Input Required: Enter the ID of the account associated with the opportunity.

N.B. Get the Account ID by using the action “Search Account By Name”.

Action Name: Update Opportunity

1. Name

  • Input Required: Enter the new name of the opportunity.

2.Opportunity ID

  • Input Required: Enter the unique ID of the opportunity to update.

N.B. Get the Opportunity ID by using the action "Search Opportunity By Name".

Action Name: View Opportunity

1. Opportunity ID

  • Input Required: Enter the unique ID of the opportunity you wish to view.

N.B. Get the Opportunity ID by using the action “Search Opportunity By Name”.

Action Name: Create Contact

1. First Name

  • Input Required: Enter the first name of the contact.

2. Last Name

  • Input Required: Enter the last name of the contact.

3.Title

  • Input Required:Enter the title of the contact.

4. Organization Name

  • Input Required: Enter the name of the organization associated with the contact.

Action Name: Search Contacts

1.Keywords

  • Input Required: Enter the contact's name, title, company, or email to search.

2. Sort by Field

  • Input Required: Specify the field by which to sort the results.

3.Sort Order

  • Input Required: Choose whether to sort in ascending or descending order.

Action: Create an Account

1.Name

  • Input Required: Provide the name of the account.

2. Domain

  • Input Required: Provide the domain associated with the account.

3.Phone Number

  • Input Required: Provide the phone number for the account.

4.Address
