Action: Create A New Group

1. Name

  • Input Required: Provide the name of the group.

Action: Update Group

1. Group ID

  • Input Required: Enter the unique identifier for the group.

NB: Get the Group ID by using the action Search For Group By Name.

2. Name

  • Input Required: Provide the new name of the group.

Action: Delete Group

Action: Create Clio Matter

1. Client ID

  • Input Required: Enter the model type of the assigneeEnter the unique identifier of the contact associated with the matter.

NB: You can get the Contact Id by using the action Search For Contact By Email.

2.Description

  • Input Required: Enter a detailed description of the matter.

3. Billable

  • Input Required:  Specify whether the matter is billable.

4. Client Reference

  • Input Required: Enter a client reference string for external use.

5.Custom Field IDs

  • Input Required: Enter the unique IDs of custom fields associated with this matter.

NB: You can get the Custom Field Id by using the action Search For A Single Custom Field By Name.

6.Custom Field Values

  • Input Required: Enter the Task status.Enter the values of your selected custom fields, comma separated.

7.Group ID

  • Input Required: Enter the values of your selected custom fields, comma separated. Enter the unique identifier of the group associated with the matter.

NB: You can get the Group Id by using the action Search For Group By Name.

8. Location

  • Input Required: Enter the location of the matter.

9. Status

  • Input Required: Enter the status of the matter.
