Action Name: Create Sub Account

1. Business Name

  • Input Required: Enter the name of the business for the subaccount.

2. Address

  • Input Required: Enter the complete address for the subaccount.

3.First Name

  • Input Required: Enter the first name of the primary contact for the subaccount.

4. Last Name

  • Input Required: Enter the last name of the primary contact for the subaccount.

5.Email

  • Input Required: Enter a valid email address for the primary contact.

6. Snapshot

  • Input Required: Upload a snapshot to import (if applicable).

Action Name: Update Subaccount

1. Business Name

  • Input Required: Enter the name of the business associated with the subaccount.

2. Business Phone

  • Input Required: Enter the business phone number.

3. Business Website

  • Input Required: Enter the business website URL.

4. Business Owner First Name

  • Input Required: Enter the first name of the business owner.

5. Business Owner Last Name

  • Input Required: Enter the last name of the business owner.

6. Email

  • Input Required: Enter a valid email address for the subaccount.

7. Address

  • Input Required: Enter the complete address for the business.

8. Location ID

  • Input Required: Enter the location ID associated with the subaccount.

NB: Get the Location ID by using the action Search For Forms.

Action Name: Create User

1. First Name

  • Input Required: Enter the first name of the user.

2. Last Name

  • Input Required: Enter the last name of the user.

3. Email

  • Input Required: Enter a valid email address for the user.

4. Password

  • Input Required: Enter a password.

5. Role

  • Input Required: Specify the role of the user within the organization.

6. Location ID(s)

  • Input Required: Select the location(s) where the user will be created.

NB: Get the Location ID by using the action Search For Forms.

7. Type

  • Input Required: Specify the type of user.

2.Value

  • Input Required: Enter the specific value associated with the custom value name.

  • Input Required: Enter the state where the contact resides.

9. Postal Code

  • Input Required: Enter the postal code for the contact's address.

10. Website

  • Input Required: Enter the contact's website (if applicable).

11. Time Zone

  • Input Required: Specify the time zone for the contact.

12. Source

  • Input Required: Enter the source from which the contact was obtained.

13. Country

  • Input Required: Enter the country of the contact.

14. Company Name

  • Input Required: Enter the name of the company associated with the contact.

15. Tags

  • Input Required: Enter any relevant tags for categorizing the contact.

16. Custom Fields

  • Input Required: Select any custom fields applicable to the contact.

Action Name: Search For Forms

1. Location ID

  • Input Required: Enter the location ID to filter the forms.

NB: Get the Location ID by using the action Search For Forms.

2. Form Name

  • Input Required: Enter the name of the form you wish to search for.
