Action Name: Create Project

1. NAME

  • Input Required: Enter a unique name for your project.

2.ESCRIPTION

  • Input Required: Provide a brief description of the project.

Action Name: Search Project By Name

1. PROJECT NAME

  • Input Required: Enter the name of the project you wish to search for.

Action Name: Update Project

1. PROJECT ID

  • Input Required: Enter the unique identifier for the project you wish to update.

N.B. Get the Project ID by using the action “Search Project By Name”.

2.NAME

  • Input Required: Enter the new name for the project.

3.DESCRIPTION

  • Input Required: Provide the updated description for the project. This should reflect any

    changes in the project’s goals or scope.

Action Name: Delete Project

1. PROJECT ID

  • Input Required: Enter the unique identifier for the project you wish to delete.

N.B. Get the Project ID by using the action “Search Project By Name”.

Action Name: Create Task

1. NAME

  • Input Required: Enter a concise and descriptive name for the task.

2. DESCRIPTION

  • Input Required: Provide a detailed description of the task .

3.START DATE

  • Input Required : Select the date when you want the task to begin.

4. PROJECT ID

  • Input Required: Enter the unique identifier for the project to which this task belongs.

NB: Get the ID by using the action Search Project By Name.

Action Name: Search Task By Name

1.TASK NAME

  • Input Required: Enter the name of the task you wish to search for

Action: Update Task

1.TASK ID

  • Input Required: Enter the unique identifier for the task you wish to update.

NB: Get the ID by using the action Search Task By Name.

3.TASK NAME

  • Input Required: Enter the new name for the task.

4.DESCRIPTION

  • Input Required: Provide the updated description for the task.

5.ACTUAL START DATE

  • Input Required: Select the new actual start date for the task. This should be the date

    when the task actually begins.

Action Name: Delete Task

1.TASK ID

  • Input Required: Enter the unique identifier for the task you wish to delete.

NB: Get the ID by using the action Search Task By Name.
